Overview of the Company ACCO Brands is one of the world’s largest designers, marketers and manufacturers of branded business, academic and selected consumer products. Our widely recognized brands include Artline®, AT-A-GLANCE®, Derwent®, Esselte®, Five Star®, GBC®, Hilroy®, Kensington®, Leitz®, Marbig®, Mead®, NOBO®, Quartet®, Rapid®, Rexel®, Swingline®, Tilibra®, Wilson Jones® and many others. More than 80% of our net sales come from brands that occupy the number one or number two positions in the select product categories in which we compete. We seek to develop new products that meet the needs of our consumer and commercial end-users.
